INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA — On December 14, 2017, the Association (JJFA) requested a variance in Christmas Eve Operating Hours to allow operating stores–brand-wide–to close at 2:00 PM in their respective local time zones. The Association represents more than 2,000 stores nationwide and works on their behalf to provide active feedback to Corporate on issues that matter most to them.

We recommend that all of our member stores follow the hours of operation your business coach submitted on your behalf.

The Association is not in an adversarial position to corporate and will continue to support the needs of our franchisee members by advocating for better policies, legislation and partnerships to help impact the bottom line.

Corporate responded by reminding franchisees that variances can be processed through their business coaches.
